Mark graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Economics.  In addition, Mark earned his MBA from the UC San Diego Rady School of Management with emphasis in Finance and Data Analytics.  Upon graduating from the Naval Academy, Mark was commissioned as an Officer and flew the MH-60 Helicopter supporting missions throughout the Middle East, Pacific, and South America prior to entering the private sector.  Today, his experience includes a diverse and successful track record of managing real estate development projects and value add opportunities to assets across the western United States to include, California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Utah, Colorado and Texas.  Mark holds a "B" Contractors license in the State of California.

Steve graduated from San Diego State with a B.S. in Business Real Estate.  Steve began his journey in multifamily construction over 30 years ago, and his passion for creating high-quality living spaces has only grown stronger with time. Over the years, Steve has played a pivotal role in the construction of numerous multifamily housing projects, from large-scale apartment complexes to boutique condominium developments.  Steve has consistently demonstrated his leadership skills, overseeing and coordinating complex construction projects with precision. Steve has successfully led teams, managed budgets, and ensured that projects are completed on time and within budget.  In a rapidly evolving construction industry, he has remained at the forefront of innovation; embracing modern construction techniques, sustainable practices, and cutting-edge technologies. Steve's ability to adapt to changing market trends and regulations has consistently set him apart.  Steve holds a Brokers License and a "B" Contractors in the state of California.
